Driveway can hold at least 2 vehicles and one can park in the garage. 

$1000 security deposit upon check-in, if there is anything of concern to the guest, guest must report within 24 hours or as soon as discovered and the issue will be addressed within 24 hours, if not, immediately.  Host is happy to provide additional items, if reasonable. If anything is missing, unreasonably dirty or damaged upon checkout, the guest will have the option to address or the cost to replace or repair. We do not nitpick and understand the reasonable cost of business. If the issue is unreasonable, the cost to repair or replace will be deducted from the security deposit.

Front door code or we will greet you at the property.

Fully stocked with all cooking tools and dinnerware.

Large deck with patio furniture and gas grill and a beautiful, green view.

This home is not child-proofed: There are stairs that go down to the garage so you are responsible to keep it locked. 

As a longer term rental, you are welcome to have guests but no large parties. No drugs, if you want to have an event (wedding or similar), it will need to be cleared with us and there will be an event fee of $500.

No Smokers or smoking on property at all.  

There are stairs in the front and back and interior doors are not wide enough for a wheelchair.

Host for my personal properties and Real Estate Broker/Owner of AGORA Realty. My husband, Frank, and I are local and available  to make your extended stay the best it can possibly be. We love the lake, boating and our Boxers (they love the lake, too)!  You are welcome to come to our place and use our pair of 12' kayaks which you can put in Percy Priest Lake across the street from our home.
